Provinces and territories nominate people whose skills, education and work experience support local needs. A nomination can lead to a permanent residence application.

Some PNP streams use Express Entry. Others use a non-Express Entry process. The province or territory will tell you which route applies to its stream.

Every province and territory has its own streams, priorities and requirements. You should intend to live in the province or territory that nominates you.
